Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every order. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

Damaged or wrong item: If your book arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or a full refund - your choice.

Change of mind: Non-returnable

How to start a return: Email us on hello@bookmarketlk.com with your order number. We'll confirm the next steps.

Refund timing: Once we receive and check the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or store credit, if you prefer).
